Oceanport Holding Recycling Poster Contest For Kids
Oceanport is looking for the best poster designs from kids in grades 2 to 8, with first place getting a spot on the borough website.

OCEANPORT, NJ - Oceanport is putting a call out for all the artistic kids in the borough. The Oceanport is looking for poster entries from kids in grades 2 through 8 for the clean communities poster contest, according the Borough of Oceanport.
Two winners will be chosen from submissions, with both getting a $50 Visa gift card and their poster being shown on the Oceanport Borough website. The posters can be drawings, photos, cartoons or graphic art, but have to follow a few guidelines.
- The word litter has to be somewhere on the poster.
- Entries need to encourage picking up roadside litter and recycling.
- The poster can be no larger than 11x17
- The contestant's name, grade, address, and phone number have to be printed on the back.

The last day entries are accepted is November 1, and the winner will be announced at the December 13 Mayor and Council meeting.
