Oceanport Starting New Tradition With Music in the Park and Bocce Tournament
The event will be held at Old Wharf Park on June 14
Oceanport residents will have a new event to look forward to in the coming weeks.
The Oceanport Parks and Recreation Committee is bringing the first annual Music in the Park and Bocce Tournament to Old Wharf Park on Friday, June 14.
The tournament will be held from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and the music will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Registration for the tournament is free and for Oceanport residents only. Those interested in playing can do so by emailing phester8@gmail.com, and should enter quickly as only eight teams of four will participate.
The music for the event will be provided by the Wolf Hill and Maple Place Schools.

Pizza will be provided by the event's sponsor Enzo's Pizza and Subs, Inc. of 281 Main St.
