Report: Oceanport Woman Charged With DWI After Hospitalizing 6

An Oceanport woman has been charged with DWI for injuring six people after her car struck two other vehicles on Route 35 in Ocean Township on Oct. 13, according to an article on NJ.com.

Meghan Cannon, 19, struck the back of a van that was carrying five people, hit a concrete barrier and then another vehicle, the article states. Cannon and the five passengers of the van were taken to the hospital.

Cannon was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving, and was released on summonses at the hospital.
