In Oceanport, six Republicans battled it out for three seats on the Oceanport town Council, including the job of mayor. Here's who won:
OCEANPORT, NJ — In Oceanport, six Republicans battled it out for three seats on the Oceanport town Council, including the job of mayor.
The candidates are, and how many votes they got in the primary:
- Mayor Thomas Tvrdik (incumbent): 676
- Richard Gallo (incumbent): 675
- Bryan Keeshen (incumbent): 670
- Keith Salnick: 196
- Danielle Lacko: 194
- Dana Pisane: Pisane
All are Republican. No Democrats decided to run for Oceanport town Council.

The election will be Nov. 7.
In Little Silver: Republican Mayor Robert Neff, Kevin Brennan and Chris Faherty will all seek re-election to town council. There are no Democratic challengers.
