Week Ahead in Little Silver and Oceanport: Feb. 11-17

Monday, Feb. 11

• The Little Silver Business and Professional Association will hold a networking event from 6-8 p.m. at Zoe Bistro. The price is $20 per person, payable at the door, which includes food and wine.

Tuesday, Feb. 12

• Little Silver borough offices are closed and recycling is suspended in honor of Lincoln's birthday.
• Little Silver and Oceanport basketball teams face off against each other. The girls will play at Markham Place School and the boys over at Maple Place.
• The Oceanport Planning Board will hold a meeting at 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 13

• Sign up for SAT Prep Boot Camp sponsored by Red Bank Regional's PTO.

Thursday, Feb. 14

• Little Silver Warrior basketball teams will take on Spring Lake at home.
• Shore Regional will post second making period grades on Parent Portal.
• The Oceanport Board of Education will hold a meeting at 7 p.m.
• Shore Regional hosts a Valentine's Day Dance from 6:30-9:30 p.m. in the Front Cafe.

Friday, Feb. 15

• Point Road students get to show off the ol' red-white-and-and-blue for Patriotic Day.
• Shore Regional students have a half day.
• Little Silver students receive their second marking period report cards.
• Cheer on RBR's dream team from its 1982-83 season at 6 p.m.
