Little Silver's Fuel Fitness News: Welcome to Donna Winchell, Fall Schedule & Children's Programs

Fuel Fitness is excited to announce our new fall schedule with children's programs along with welcoming our new instructor, Donna WInchell!

Fuel Fitness Welcomes Donna Winchell!

We are excited to announce that Donna Winchell will be starting the week of September 7, 2014. Fuel Fitness has always been incredibly fortunate to have the area’s most amazing group of fitness instructors. With Donna joining our team, now we will be even better!

Donna will be teaching Total Body Conditioning on Wednesdays at 8 a.m. and Cycling at 9 a.m.

Putting the Fun Back Into Kids’ Dance and Fitness

(No recitals - No costumes - No hidden costs - No being cut from the team)

Fuel Fitness is thrilled to announce our Fall Dance Program for Children which will be directed by Margot Mccray - Gough.

As an instructor, Margot is knowledgeable and well-rounded with a diverse dance background. Along with her experience, she thrives on sharing her passion with her students of all ages and
remains highly respected and well-liked amongst her industry peers.

Margot’s dance training includes Red Bank Regional Vocational Performing Arts, Governor’s School of the Arts of NJ, SUNY Purchase Dance Conservatory and Montclair State University as Dance Major. She continued her dance education in NYC and was selected as a NBA NJ Nets Dance Team member. In addition, Margot has appeared on MTV and danced for such artists as Gloria Gaynor, George Lamond and Duane Harding.

Kids TRX AND Yoga

Have your children work in small group classes with our highly-trained experienced adult fitness teachers including Jennifer Kane, Stacy Ross and Kathy Alter. Classes that are being offered will include: yoga, TRX, indoor cycling, Pilates/Barre and light-weight conditioning.

Whether you want off-season training or additional fitness for your child - we offer it all.
