Here's Who's Running For Oceanport Town Council/School Board

OCEANPORT, NJ — Nov. 5 will not only be the U.S. presidential election, but also local school board elections and town council elections in some Monmouth County towns.

Here is who is running for Oceanport borough Council this November:

Voters are asked to choose two:

• Current Oceanport Councilman William Deerin (R) Monmouth County Republican Organization
• Current Oceanport Councilman Michael O'Brien (R) Monmouth County Republican Organization
• No Nomination Made (D)
• No Nomination Made (D)

One-year term, voters are asked to choose one:

• Patricia J. Cooper (R) Monmouth County Republican Organization
• No Nomination Made (D)

Here is who is running from Oceanport for school board:

Shore Regional High School Board of Education: Vote for one

• Kara Burke Manna

Shore Regional High School Board of Education: Vote for one

• No Petition Filed

Oceanport Board of Education - Vote For Three

• Daniel Peltz Students First, Always
• Courtney McDonnell Students First, Always
• Ryan Glubo Students First, Always

The election is the same day as the presidential, Nov. 5, however the public can vote by mail and in person beforehand.
