Free 'Winter Walking Club' In Livingston: How To Register
The Livingston Health Department will offer a free Walking Club this winter at the Livingston Senior/Community Center.
LIVINGSTON, NJ — The Livingston Health Department will offer a free Walking Club this winter at the Livingston Senior/Community Center.
According to a municipal news release, the club will meet from 10 to 11 a.m. on Fridays, from Jan. 9 through March 27, 2026. There will be no walk on Jan. 16 or Feb. 6.
The Walking Club is free and open to adults over the age of 18. Participants will meet inside the Livingston Senior/Community Center, 204 Hillside Avenue, on the first floor by the left-side entrance of the building. Participants will walk around the first floor for one hour, and everyone is encouraged to walk at their own pace.

“Walking is a great way to exercise and offers many health benefits: It can help you maintain a healthy weight, reduce joint pain, improve balance, lower the risk of high blood pressure, and more,” organizers said.
