Home for the Developmentally Disabled Opens in Livingston
Aided by Essex County Executive, Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr., the ARC of Essex County officially opened the group home on August 20.

Essex County Executive Joseph N. DiVincenzo, Jr. announced on Wednesday, August 20, that the ARC of Essex County has officially opened a group home for disabled, low-income adults in Livingston.
The renovation of and programming for the residence was spearheaded by The ARC of Essex County, with the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development providing funds from its HOME program to renovate the property.
