LIVINGSTON, NJ — A Pompton Plains man has been accused of making a bomb threat against a Livingston religious institution, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito said.
James Triano, 36, faces one count of maliciously conveying false information about an explosive, Carpenito said. Triano is accused of calling a religious institution in Livingston and threatening them with a bomb.
Carpenito did not say which religion the institution serves, or what the specific institution is. A spokesperson declined to make that information public.
