Bike Registration, Children's Chess Tournament and More Tuesday
Are you planning a garage sale? Find out how to let your neighbors know.

Here is a rundown of five things you need to know in Livingston on Tuesday.
- Don't just protect your bicycle by locking it up with a chain, register it with Livingston Police Department. On Tuesday from 10 a.m. to noon the police department is inviting residents to bring their bicycles to Police Headquarters, at 333 S. Livingston Ave., to have them registered. Print out a registration form by following the link: http://livingstontownship.org/police/forms-page/.
- The Livingston Public Library will hold a chess tournament on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. Students entering grades 3-6 may register and participate. For more information or to register, call the library at (973) 992-4600, ext. 270. Space is limited.
- The Old Guard, comprised of retired and semi-retired Livingston men, will meet for a general meeting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the Livingston Senior/Community Center.
- Get ready for your weekend garage/yard/estate sale by filling out this easy (and free!) form. Patch will use the information to build an interactive map for people to find your weekend sale.
- Head down and enjoy the paddle boating dock and picnic pavilion at the Orange Reservoir. Have a picnic or take a paddle boat onto the water or both!
