Township Manager Now Faces Obstruction Charge
Michele Meade previously charged with disorderly conduct and assault stemming from alleged incident during April training exercise near community center.

Livingston Township Manager Michele Meade faces new charges filed against her stemming from a police exercise in April, the Alternative Press reported.
Livingston Police Stg. Kenneth Hanna charged Meade with obstruction of justice, the article reported. The charge occurred during a Livingston Emergency Service Unit training exercise with other townships on April 19.
Hanna's complaint marks the third filed against the township manager.

Resident Kelly Mollineaux filed a charge of assault Meade on April 22, the Alternative Press reported. Soon after, Hanna filed a charge of disorderly conduct against Meade on May 2.
Reports filed by Meade, Hanna and officer Chalres Mollineaux, Kelly Mollineaux's husband, painted a conflicting picture of the events surrounding the incident, the Alternative Press reported.

On April 19, police received a report of "a man in full camouflage army outfit which included face paint and an exposed weapon" was seen near Livingston Senior/Community Center, the news outlet reported.
Meade allegedly went to the Community Center to investigate. When she arrived, there was an alleged confrontation between Meade, Charles and Kelly Mollineaux and Hanna, the Alternative Press reported.
