First Watch Eatontown Location Will Open Dec. 3: Report
First Watch, the breakfast/brunch/lunch chain, is popular for its veggie-centric meals, hearty egg scrambles and fresh-squeezed juices:
EATONTOWN, NJ — Are you a fan of First Watch? This is the breakfast/brunch/lunch restaurant that's become popular nationwide, in part because they serve health-conscious vegan/vegetarian fare, with lots of meals featuring fresh vegetables, but also hearty egg and bacon breakfast scrambles.
And a First Watch will open in Eatontown very soon.
The First Watch Eatontown will be located at 133 Rt. 35 in Eatontown, NJ 07724. It will be located in the same complex as the Amazon Fresh grocery store, right next to the Amazon Fresh.

It will open Dec. 3, the Asbury Park Press reported this week. Hours will be daily from 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
This is First Watch's first location in Monmouth or Ocean counties. However, another First Watch is currently under construction on Rt. 70 in Brick.
