The general election for school boards and town council are Tuesday. It's your last chance to vote:

EATONTOWN, NJ — The general election for school board and town council seats will be Nov. 7.

Long Branch Board of Education - Full term - Vote for three

  • Armand R. Zambrano, Jr. - current Board member, seeks re-election
  • Tasha Ann Youngblood Brown - current Board member, seeks re-election
  • Sofji Valdiviezo Torres
  • Raymond Garland - For the People
  • Dominic Sama - For the People

Republicans Maria Grazia Escalante and Mark Regan will run against Democratic challengers Danielle Jones and Candace Faust. Angela Brunelli and Sara Breslow are running as independents for Eatontown town Council.

You can vote early, in person by machine from Oct. 28 - Nov. 5 at the following 10 locations in Monmouth County. They will all be open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.:

Vote by mail, track your ballot

If you choose to do mail-in voting, here is how to send your ballot back:

  • U.S. Mail, postmarked by Nov. 7, Election Day
  • Drop it in one of Monmouth County's Dropboxes, by 8 p.m. on Nov. 7
  • Or drop it off in person at the Monmouth County Board of Elections at 300 Halls Mill Road in Freehold, by 8 p.m. on Nov. 7

Voters can also track the return of their mail-in ballots by signing up for our Monmouth County BallotTrax at MonmouthBallotTrax.com. The system provides status notifications to voters who sign up and enable notifications via call, email or text message.
