The dog was recently rescued from the gas chamber in South Carolina and had just arrived at his new foster home on Friday, Aug. 10, before escaping two days later.
Bailey was reportedly last spotted near Myrtle Avenue in Long Branch, so the owners will be placing flyers in that area and along Route 36 today.
