EATONTOWN, NJ - A water main break on Route 35 in Eatontown has prompted commuting delays in the area Thursday morning, authorities said.

As of 12:02 a.m., there’s emergency construction and a water main break on Route 35 in both directions north of Route 71/Broad Street in Eatontown, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

One left lane is currently closed, the agency said.
