Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Seabrook
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $260,000.

Seabrook, the Erickson Senior Living community in Tinton Falls, NJ, distributed more than $260,000 to 634 eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was announced during a special staff appreciation event on December 3. At the festive event, Seabrook team members wore their favorite holiday sweaters and jeans, enjoyed a delicious holiday meal, and had the opportunity to thank residents for the gift. The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
“Our residents’ generosity truly reflects the spirit of the season,” says Executive Director Jen McNamara. “Thanks to the Resident Advisory Council’s energy and effort, this has been our most successful campaign since 2007. Residents’ support of the Staff Appreciation Fund shows the strong community we’ve built together. Our team’s dedication and warmth make Seabrook an extraordinary place to live and work.”
