Long Branch Officials To Raise Flag On New Condos
The South Beach at Long Branch is reaching its final level of construction and Long Branch officials will be on to see it finished.

LONG BRANCH, NJ - The South Beach at Long Branch condos are nearing completion and Long Branch officials will be there to raise the flag on the new building, according to a release from South Beach at Long Branch.
The condos are located on the Long Branch ocean front and will be eight stories high and have 47 units.
In addition to raising the flag on the top of the building, Long Branch officials will also be signing their name in concrete and sheetrock that will be incorporated into the South Beach at Long Branch.

The condos are set to be luxury homes, with 1,608-3,382 square feet and semi-private elevators taking residents directly into their home. Prices for the units start at $1.5 million.
