Long Branch Planning A New Park Between City Hall And Library
Long Branch is planning a brand-new park between City Hall and the library. It will have a new gazebo for concerts or other city events.

LONG BRANCH, NJ — On Oct. 28, Monmouth County announced a list of towns that will receive county funding to make municipal park improvements.
And the city of Long Branch was on the list: Long Branch will receive $475,000 to make improvements to City Hall park.
"This money will be used for a brand-new park with new amenities between City Hall and the library," Long Branch assistant business administrator Lindsay DeAngelis said Nov. 1. "Brand-new surfacing will be placed in this area with a new gazebo for concerts or other city events. Other parts of this project include new lighting and landscaping. This new park will complement the improvements done to the library, and will be a nice spot in the city for people to come read a book or to listen to music."
