Long Branch High School senior Taylor Chaparro is the latest recipient of the Amerigo Vespucci Society of Long Branch's scholarship program. The scholarship was awarded to Chaparro and Ocean Township High School senior Mina Cosentino at the society's recent board meeting. Chaparro will be studying nursing at West Virginia University this fall and Cosentino will be studying marketing at Northeastern University.
