Neptune McDonald's Hosts Black History Month Reading Event

Stop by from 1-2:30 p.m. this Saturday to hear books about African-American history read by local schoolteachers and principals:

NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, NJ — Looking for a way to celebrate and learn about Black History Month with your kids?

This Saturday, February 17, the McDonald’s at Rts. 33 and 35 in Neptune will host a public reading event to hear books read by African-American authors, teachers, principals and more.

As part of the celebration, the McDonald's is also giving away tote bags, books and Happy Meals cards while supplies last.

The Black History Month reading event goes from 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Feb. 17 at the McDonald’s at Rts. 33 and 35 in Neptune, owned by The Gillis Organization. All welcome.
