New Eatontown First Watch Breakfast Restaurant Opened Monday

EATONTOWN, NJ — The new First Watch restaurant in Eatontown opened its doors for business Monday.

This is a new breakfast/lunch restaurant located 133 Rt. 35 in Eatontown, NJ 07724, at the corner of Rt. 35 and Wyckoff Road, in the same complex as the Amazon Fresh grocery store. In fact, it's located next to the Amazon Fresh and the Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care, both of which just opened in the past two years.

They were supposed to open Dec. 3, but got pushed back. Hours will be daily from 7 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

This is First Watch's first location in Monmouth or Ocean counties. However, another First Watch is currently under construction on Rt. 70 in Brick.

First Watch is popular nationwide, in part because they serve health-conscious vegan/vegetarian fare, with lots of meals featuring fresh vegetables, but also hearty egg and bacon breakfast scrambles. First Watch has an indoor juice/coffee bar. They do not have a liquor license. The Eatontown location says they will have "rotating seasonal offerings."

To celebrate, customers who eat there this week (Monday, December 16 – Friday, December 20) will receive free coffee with their meal.
