Shark Week To Take A Bite Out of Pier Village

Cold Stone Creamery is also participating in the Shark Week celebration.

The Discovery Channel's Shark Week is one of the most popular television events of the summer and Long Branch residents can get a personal experience on Monday, Aug. 5.

Representatives from the Discovery Channel will set up shop in Pier Village's Festival Plaza from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. for an afternoon of food and giveaways.

A taco truck will be giving out free "Shark Bite" tacos during that time.

Merchandise shark fin hats, tattoos, bumper stickers and other goodies will be given out as well.

Cold Stone Creamery is also partnering with the Discovery Channel to bring a unique treat to the area.

The Eatontown Cold Stone Creamery, located in the Monmouth Mall, Shark Week Frenzy Creation and a This Cake Bites cake for a limited time. The store is located inside the mall near the food court and Verizon store.
