'The Situation' Dines Out In Long Branch For Anniversary

LONG BRANCH, NJ — Gym, tan, laundry, making your anniversary count. A month after getting out of jail, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and his wife, Lauren Sorrentino, enjoyed their first anniversary at a Long Branch restaurant.

The "Jersey Shore" stars ate lunch at The Butcher's Block on Friday in Long Branch. Mike Sorrentino posted a picture from the restaurant on Instagram.

The Butcher's Block was the couple's first meal out since Mike Sorrentino left jail, according to the Asbury Park Press. He served an eight-month federal prison sentence for tax evasion. Read more: 'The Situation' From 'Jersey Shore' Is Out Of Jail (UPDATED)

They might not be the only cast members to try The Butcher's Block. Vinny Guadagnino commented on the post, "U gotta take me there."

Later that night, Mike and Lauren attended Anjelica’s Restaurant on Ocean Avenue in Sea Bright. The couple had casarecce pasta and veal followed by desserts and coffee.

“Living My Blessed Life,” Mike wrote.

“Block for lunch and @anjelicasrestaurant for dinner; it doesn’t get better!! Power move,” The Butcher's Block commented.

Mike and Lauren live in Long Branch. They got married Nov. 1, 2018 at The Legacy Castle in Pompton Plains. They met before Mike appeared on "The Jersey Shore."
