“What started out as a fun weekly activity a few years ago has become an annual tradition,” Bergmann previously said. “Princess has her own fan base — probably as strong as some of this year’s NFL quarterbacks. She is definitely our MVP.”

Princess was right 14 out of 20 games this NFL season and picked the Giants throughout the playoffs.

“She seems to be a big Giants fan this year," Bergmann said.

Princess was on target when she to defeat the Pittsburgh Steelers in Super Bowl XLV in 2011.

Princess makes her decisions based on graham crackers, Bergman said. Each week, Bergmann writes the names of two teams competing and holds a graham cracker, Princess’ favorite snack, in each hand. Princess then chooses to eat the treat from the hand with the name of her favorite team written on it.

What’s her motivation? Extra graham crackers, Bergmann said.

“We get a lot of support for her,” he said. “People call and e-mail us to say they're real proud of her and that they enjoy waiting to see whom she’s going to pick.”
