West End Station of Long Branch Post Office Suspends Operations Starting Thursday
Operations will be suspended at the West End Station of the Long Branch Post Office for repair work inside the facility.

The South Jersey District of the United States Postal Service will temporarily suspend operations for one of its location in Long Branch.
The West End Station of the Long Branch Post Office will be suspending operations beginning Thursday, August 28. The station is located at 131 Brighton Avenue and covers the area of zip code 07740,
This action is necessary to allow for some repair work inside the facility, according to Ray Daiutolo, a spokesperson for the Postal Service. The operations will return when the work is completed, but Daiutolo was unable to provide an exact length of time that the repairs would last.

The West End Station is a one-employee office serving about 128 Post Office Box customers. PO Box customers will pick up their mail while repairs are underway at the Long Branch Main Post Office (MPO), located at 60 Third Avenue. Retail customers will be directed to visit the MPO and the Elberon Station, located at 1175 Lincoln Place.
