Alternate Polling Locations In Long Valley For Some This November

Some polling locations have shifted in Washington Township, with postcards on the way to voters with alternate places this election.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — As some Washington Township voters had to divert from their usual polling locations during June’s primary, some may have changes in where they will vote this coming Election Day, Nov. 2.

According to a news release from Washington Township, there were four polling locations that couldn’t be used in the primary election. This time, those who usually vote at West Morris Central High School can do so again. Another polling location in Washington Township cannot be used in November.

The township indicates that Washington Township voters with changed polling locations, should receive a postcard in the coming week with their location for the Nov. 2 General Election. Districts that are changed for the November election include: Districts 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12.
