Annual Corn Maze Celebrates The Long Valley First Aid Squad
The corn maze logo, which is organized by Long Valley's Ort Farms, helps raise awareness for non-profit organizations.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — The corn maze at Ort Farms in Long Valley isn’t just about traditional family-friendly autumn activities.
That's because, for years now, Ort Farms has used its corn maze as a way to bring attention to a local organization as their beneficiary of choice.
The 2023 Corn Maze has been dedicated to all of the volunteers on the Long Valley First Aid Squad for their over 65 years of service, as well as the Long Valley First Aid Squad Auxiliary on their 40th anniversary.

Even though the weather is sunny and in the 70s, the corn maze opened up for attendees on Friday, Sept. 1, and will remain open through the rest of the fall season.
The corn maze will benefit the Long Valley First Aid Squad (LVFAS) in its mission to serve Washington Township residents and neighboring communities. The First Aid Squad is an all-volunteer organization that was incorporated in Long Valley in 1957.
