Another 4-Way Stop Coming To This Long Valley Intersection

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Town officials have announced that another four-way stop is coming to Long Valley.
According to Mayor Michael Marino, a four-way stop intersection will be implemented at Old Farmers and Parker roads.
The move comes months after the implementation of a four-way stop at the intersection of Naughright Road and Flocktown Road.

According to Marino, since the signage has been added to the historically problematic intersection, there have been no accidents.
The mayor added that there have been some close calls at Naughright Road and Flocktown Road, and the area will continue to be monitored by law enforcement.

Long Valley drivers should expect to see the new traffic pattern soon.
The township also intends to conduct traffic studies around Old Farmers Road and East Valley Brook, as well as Schooley's Mountain Road and Newberg Road.
