The competition focuses on exterior decorations, including those visible through windows. Judging will be conducted from outside the home, with no access to private property, back yards, or side yards. Only decorations visible from the street-facing side of the property will be considered.
As in previous years, winners will be recognized in the following categories:
- 1st Place
- 2nd Place
- 3rd Place
- Mayor’s Award
Judging will take place from dusk until 8 p.m. from Dec. 9 through Dec. 11, depending on the number of entries.
Participants are reminded to have all lights, animations, and decorations set up and fully activated during the judging hours on each day.
The winners will be announced at the township's Jolly Jamboree on Dec. 14 at 4 p.m., held at the Rock Spring Park Pavilion. Each winner will receive a yard sign and a prize in recognition of their festive display.
To ensure recognition, each family must send a representative so that photos can be taken, officials said.
