'Boo Bash' Makes Its Return At Long Valley's Ort Farms

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Ort Farms has a full schedule of activities this weekend, perfect for celebrating the end of October and getting ready for Halloween.

The popular "Boo Bash" event will run on Saturday and Sunday this week and will include a variety of activities perfect for the whole family. Participants should come in costume, since many community groups and vendors will pass out candy.

John Lepre and Vintage Feedback will both provide live music on Saturday, while Matt Pietrucha and The Green Planet Band will perform on Sunday. Fall activities will be open, including hayrides, the corn maze, pony rides, monster truck rides, pumpkin patch and their famous apple cannon.

Kids will also have the chance to interact with friendly farm animals throughout the event.

For the adults, Jersey Girl Brewery will be serving cold beer on tap. Food vendors will feature a variety of options, including Dellano's Foods, Cousins Maine Lobster (Saturday only), The Empanada Guy, Bacon on a Stick, Marley's Wings & Things, Pudgy's Famous Fries, Smokin' Schmidty's (Saturday only), Angry Archies, The Wicked Waffle Stick, A Taco Affair (Sunday only), and Fambites.

"No matter how you celebrate, do it with us here at Ort Farms," event organizers said.
