Washington Township Library Presents: Claude Monet and Venice.
Indisputably, Claude Monet is one of the most recognizable and celebrated figures in art history. Everyone loves his beautiful landscapes, colorful and dynamic depictions of modern life, and monumental garden scenes. Monet also painted the grandeur of Venice to much acclaim, and the Brooklyn Museum will be reuniting many of these glorious scenes in a blockbuster exhibition opening in October 2025.
This two-part Zoom lecture will depict Monet's vision of Venice as depicted in his master works of art.
