Children's Author Brings 'Seamore' to Kossmann School

Starfish teaches youngsters how to build courage and confidence.

Seamore’s a little quiet and worries about his looks and trying new things.

Seamore’s a starfish, but his personality fits that of just about every kid in the early grades.

Kristyn Fedich, a children’s author, created β€œSeamore The Starfish” to help young students build courage and confidence and brought the story to Kossmann School recently.

The book is aimed at students in grades pre-k through third, and Fedich was able to read the book to the entire student body at Kossmann and field question from listeners.

Seamore goes on an adventure with his friends and learns how to be confident and proud of himself.
