As part of the celebration, Chilton Mill also will bring back the popular Italian pilsner Certo, which they have been brewing since their first year in business. This brew (pictured below) is named for brewer and owner Mike Peachey's great-grandpop Certo, "an Italian immigrant known for his award winning roses."
