Downed Trees, Wires Partly Block 3 Roads In Long Valley: Police
Sections of Rock, Bartley and West Mill Roads have been impacted by downed trees, wires or both, Washington Township police said.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Portions of Rock, Bartley and West Mill Roads have each experienced weather issues on Friday because of downed trees and wires, according to Washington Township Police Department.
West Mill Road's westbound traffic was diverted on Friday afternoon by the middle school to remove a downed tree, police said at 12:50 p.m. The road reopened at 3:36 p.m., police said.
Police announced that Bartley Road between Chancellor Way and South 4 Bridges Road was blocked because of a downed tree and power line at about 10:28 a.m. Bartley Road was reopened at 3:43 p.m., according to the Washington Township Police Department.

At 10:35 a.m., police alerted drivers that Rock Road was also blocked between Flocktown and Briarwood Roads because of a downed tree and power line.
One lane of Rock Road was reopened at 10;41 a.m., police said.

As of 4:45 p.m., there were 238 Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) customers in Washington Township without power, the anticipated restoration time of 6 p.m. At 11:10 a.m., there were 60 customers.
