LONG VALLEY, NJ — The driver of a dump truck that overturned on Schooley's Mountain Road on Nov. 19 has received several tickets, police said.The driver was ticketed for having over 15 ton registered, no local delivery, careless driving, delaying traffic, obstructing passage of vehicles, improper action on steep grades and curves, disregard of traffic control device, fail to keep right, and fail to maintain lane. The truck was returned to the company.The truck overturned around 9:45 a.m. on Nov. 19 when the driver tried to make the turn at the intersection of Camp Washington Road.
