Healthcare Heroes Corn Maze Set To Open In Long Valley
The centerpiece of Ort Farms annual fall festivities will have special meaning this year.
LONG VALLEY, NJ - Each fall Ort Farms hosts agrotourists from neighboring towns, counties and states to wash down apple cider donuts with apple cider, pick-your-own pumpkin and get lost in an elaborate corn maze. But this year the maze in the maize takes on new meaning.
The theme for the 2020 Corn Maze is Healthcare Heroes, and the pattern has already been cut into the corn. It features a stethoscope, a doctor (with face covering), a heart, a caduceus and the phrase "Healthcare Heroes."
According to officials, it was made to honor those who work in healthcare serving others.

The maze will open to the public Sept. 5. Ort Farms is located at 25 Bartley Road, Long Valley.
