The ballot drop boxes are all located outside and are constantly monitored. They look like USPS Blue Mailboxes, but they're red, white, and blue, and they say "Morris County – Official Ballot Drop Box," officials said.

The Vote-By-Mail ballots (VBMs) will be picked up on a daily basis and brought to the Board of Elections. All security measures will be followed when collecting and transporting the VBMs, officials said.
