Long Valley Man Sexually Assaulted Teen: Prosecutor
Police say the man was found hiding in a Naughright Road home last week.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — A Long Valley man is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager multiple times, Warren County Prosecutor Richard T. Burke said.
Jose B. Vasquez-Medina, 34, allegedly knew the teen he is accused of assaulting, Burke said. The teen is older than 13 but younger than 16.
Vasquez-Medina was arrested on Sept. 13; he was found hiding in a Naughright Road in Long Valley, Burke said. He was charged with aggravated sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal sexual contact.

He had a first appearance in Warren County Court on Sept. 14, but was not released, pending a pre-trial detention motion next week. If found guilty on all charges, he faces up to 50 years in prison.
