Long Valley Schools To Change Meeting Locations For Safety Reasons

Officials said that the new meeting venues will be announced by the office beforehand.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Two Washington Township schools will be changing their in-person meeting locations for the foreseeable future, according to the Superintendent.

The relocations will affect Long Valley Middle School and Flocktown-Kossmann Elementary School.

According to Superintendent Antonella Lind, the relocation is due to the construction happening in each of the schools’ parking lots, which “present potential safety hazards.”

According to Lind, any and all in-person meetings previously or hereafter scheduled at the two locations will be moved to "safer venues,” effective immediately. The specific venues will be provided by the respective school offices.
