Long Valley Tennis Clinic Open For Summer 

The clinic is for children ages 6 to 14 and will run from June 7 to June 28.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Youth sports camps are kicking off this summer.

Summer tennis clinics for children ages 6 to 14 are offered by Washington Township Parks and Recreation. For four weeks, from June 7 to June 28, the tennis clinic will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. at the Rock Spring Park Tennis courts.

According to officials, this tennis training will focus on rallying, footwork, court positioning, and stroke technique. WMC Varsity Tennis Coach Brent Maczko will be the instructor for this summer session.

A $125 non-refundable fee is due by June 1; a late fee will be applied after that date. Because space is limited, Washington Township Parks and Recreation recommends registering as soon as possible.

A separate week-long tennis camp for children aged 10 to 14 will be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. from Aug. 8 to Aug. 11. This clinic will also take place at the Rock Spring Park Tennis Courts and will concentrate on rallying, footwork, court positioning, and stroke technique. Brent Maczko, WMC Varsity Tennis Coach, will be the instructor for this summer session.

A $200 non-refundable fee is due by Aug. 2; a late fee will be applied after that date.
