ROCKAWAY, NJ — A Pennsylvania man has been accused of destroying several American flags in Morris County last week, Rockaway Borough police said. B. Alharbi, 27, from Kingston, Pennsylvania, is accused of destroying three flags and their posts at a local gas station on Dec. 5.
