Man on Harley Strikes Deer in Washington Township
Kevin Rivicki, 53, of Flemington was airlifted to Morristown Medical Center for non-life threatening injuries, the Daily Record reported.

WASHINGTON TWP., N.J.– A motorcyclist was airlifted to Morristown Medical Center Sunday evening after hitting a deer that jumped into the roadway, the Daily Record reported.
Kevin Rivicki, 53, of Flemington struck the deer along westbound Route 513 and was thrown off of his 2008 Harley Davidson, the Daily Record reported.
Rivicki's injuries were believed to be non-life threatening and police believe that he was not speeding, according to the Daily Record.

"When a deer jumps onto the road there is no way to stop it, and there's no protection on a motorcycle,"Lt. Douglas Compton told the Daily Record. "Motorcycles and deer are not a good mixture."
