March Madness Titles Come To Long Valley: B-Ballers Dominate 2016

Sixth-graders notch more than 20 wins en route to division, tournament championships.

LONG VALLEY, N.J. – When you look at the numbers, even the Golden State Warriors would be jealous.

The Long Valley Wolfpack sixth grade girls basketball team put together an incredibly dominating 2016 campaign, notching a 22-3 record, winning its division in the Garden State National League, then going on to win that league’s title and take down all comers in the Branchburg March Madness Tournament.

β€œThe team worked hard and played together as a β€˜pack,’” said coach Mike Sabo.
