Road Work Could Cause Traffic In Long Valley This Week
The work will start on Tuesday and will last over a week.

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Roadwork on East Mill Road could cause traffic for commuters this week and next, the Washington Township Office of Emergency Management said.
The work will begin on Tuesday, Sept. 11 on East Mill Road between East Valley Brook Road and Long Valley Center. Paving will start on Sept. 17. No end date is set, but work will happen from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily during that time.
Depending on what crews are working on, the road will either be shut entirely or will have alternating lanes. (Buses, local residents, and emergency vehicles will be allowed through during closures.)
