Roadwork Project Happening In Long Valley This Week: Police

LONG VALLEY, NJ — A roadwork project will impact the flow of traffic in sections of Washington Township, according to the Washington Township Office of Emergency Management.

Beginning today and continuing through at least the end of the week, Mount Olive will be working on Bartley Road. The work zone is expected to start close to West Morris Central High School and move toward Bartley-Chester Road, according to officials.

Although some complete road closures are anticipated, traffic will generally be managed by using alternating lanes; in those cases, traffic will be diverted onto South 4 Bridges Road.

Motorists should expect traffic delays, police said.
