Santa's Fire Truck Ride Through Long Valley 2023

Santa Claus will be making his way through Washington Township atop a fire truck. Here is where and when you can spot him:

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Santa Claus is coming to Washington Township, traveling through neighborhoods with Long Valley Fire Company No. 1.

Santa's tour begins at 11 a.m. on Dec. 16 on James Trail. As far as future stops, the fire department said the following:

  • 11:15 a.m. Markham Drive
  • 11:30 a.m. Rice Lane and Alexandra Lane (Intersection)
  • 11:40 a.m. Rice Lane and Harvest Lane (Intersection)
  • 12 p.m. Fawn Ridge (North Loop) (bus stops)
  • 12:15 p.m. Fawn Ridge (North Loop) (bus stops)
  • 12:30 p.m. Brooklawn Drive (bus stop)
  • 12:40 p.m. Acorn Drive (bus stop)
  • 1:20 p.m. Squire Hill and Ranney Road (bus stops)
  • 1:35 p.m. Stoney Brook Road and Fieldstone Drive (bus stop)
  • 1:50 p.m. Chancellor Way (bus stop)
  • 2:10 p.m. North Washington
  • 2:20 p.m. South Washington
  • 2:35 p.m. Overlook Drive
  • 2:50 p.m. Mountainview
  • 3:10 p.m. Carl Lane, Valley View Lane, Long Valley Blvd.
  • 3:40 p.m. Highland Ave.

According to officials, all dates and times are subject to change due to emergency situations and weather conditions.

"Listen to the siren and look out for Santa," the fire company said.

The Fairmount Fire and Schooleys Mountain Fire Departments will be escorting Santa in their respective response area, officials said.
