Scholarships Awarded

The education committee of the Long Valley Woman’s Club were pleased to present two $500 scholarships to these West Morris High School graduating students: Gabriella Flynn for academic achievement and Mikayla Kelly for excellence in music.

The committee reviewed 40 applications for each category. The criteria considered were financial need, participation in extra-curricular activities, volunteer experience and future plans.

The committee attend the Awards Ceremony at the high school in June and presented the recipients with their scholarship checks and congratulation cards.
