Summer Tennis Clinic Registration Now Open In Long Valley
The clinic is for children ages 10 to 14 and will run from Aug. 7 through Aug. 10.
LONG VALLEY, NJ — Summer is quickly approaching, and with it, summer activities for all Washington Township children.
Summer tennis clinics for children ages 10 to 14 are offered by Washington Township Parks and Recreation.
From Aug. 7 through Aug. 10, the tennis clinic will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Rock Spring Park Tennis courts. A non-refundable fee is due by July 31, and a late fee will be assessed after that date.

On the first day of class, no registrations will be accepted. Since space is limited, officials have asked all participants to register as soon as possible.
According to officials, this tennis training will focus on rallying, footwork, court positioning, and stroke technique. WMC Varsity Tennis Coach Eric Jacobson will be the instructor for this summer session.

This tennis program is designed for beginners and intermediate players, officials said. Racquets must be brought by the players.
