Voting Ends For Long Valley Halloween House Decorating Contest

LONG VALLEY, NJ — Who has the scariest home in all of Long Valley? You get to choose, as voting is still open for the Washington Township Recreation Department's annual Halloween House Decorating Contest.

Once again, Washington Township Recreation is looking for a list of Halloween yard haunts that will make people stop, stare and maybe even scream.

They are also interested in kid-friendly, whimsical Halloween-decorated yards.

Snap a photo of the best-decorated home, accompanied by the address of the home, and email it to recreation@wtmorris.net or mail it to Washington Township Recreation, 50 Rock Road, Long Valley, NJ 07853.

All submissions must be turned in by noon on Friday, officials said.

Once all votes are collected, the winner will be announced on the township's social media pages and website.
